Arabian Pipes Signs SAR 104 Million Steel Pipe Supply Contract with Saudi Aramco

Arabian Pipes Company announced the signing of a contract with Saudi Aramco to manufacture and supply steel pipes with an estimated value of about SAR 104 million. The contract duration is approximately nine months, and the pipes will be produced from the company’s manufacturing facilities to support Aramco’s operational and infrastructure needs. Arabian Pipes indicated that the financial impact of this agreement is expected to appear in the company’s financial statements during the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. The company also confirmed that no related parties are involved in the contract.
