Mr. Youssef has extensive experience spanning over 36 years in both the public and private sectors, with significant roles as chairman and board member of various companies. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Arabian Pipes Company, Saudi Ceramics, and Gulf Insurance Company (formerly AXA).

He also holds memberships on the boards of several other joint-stock and private companies. Mr. Youssef earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from the University of California.

Mr. Khalid holds a bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences and Computer Science from Western Washington University. He brings extensive experience and a distinguished career in business management, with over 30 years at Abunayyan Holding, where he currently serves as Chairman of the Board.

He also chairs and serves on the boards of several joint-stock companies.

Mr. Saad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University and a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham. He has over 30 years of experience in finance and management and currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Jeddah Development and Urban Regeneration Company.

He is also a board member of several organizations, including Arabian Pipes Company, Murouj Jeddah Suburb Company, Omran Tech, Istidamah Company, Khaleej Obhur Waterfront Company, Modern Taskin Company, Al-Najmah Waterfront Company, Sustainable Solutions for Environmental Services, Amanah Tech, Al-Ruwais International Company, and the BLOM Al-Noor Masterplan Fund.

Eng. Azzam brings over 25 years of executive experience across the manufacturing, energy, and retail sectors. He has held leadership positions in major companies, including Shaker Group, Abunayyan Commercial, and Masdar Carpentry Materials Company.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Ceramics and has been, and continues to be, a member of several boards both within the Kingdom and internationally. Eng. Azzam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University and has participated in several advanced leadership programs, notably those offered by INSEAD and ADP.

Mr. Abdullah holds an MBA from Dar Al Uloom University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from King Abdulaziz University. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Fibco, a packaging materials manufacturing company.

He also serves on the boards of several companies, including Arabian Pipes Company, Fibco, Tabuk Agricultural Development Company, and Fibco Industry. He brings prior experience in corporate governance and risk management.

Mr. Abdulaziz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has more than 13 years of experience in managing strategic projects. Throughout his career, he has led major institutional and digital transformation programs and held leadership positions across both the public and private sectors.

He previously served as a member of the Digital Transformation Committee at Tawuniya Insurance and currently sits on the boards of Arabian Pipes Company and Rukaz Najd for Exhibitions and Conferences.

Mr. Maan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University. He has extensive experience in auditing and external financial review, and has worked in investment and asset management as well as corporate banking across several Saudi banks.

Eng. Ahmad brings nearly 29 years of experience in the industrial sector. He spent much of his career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund, where he worked in the Projects Studies and Consulting Department, focusing on professional and managerial development before advancing to the position of Department Director.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Arabian Pipes Company and is known for his strong leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to organizational excellence. He is also a member of several boards of directors.

Eng. Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals and a Higher Diploma in Design, Production, and Management from the University of Cambridge.
